Cancellation Policy

We are allowing to deliver your product within 2-4 hours, if in case you may prior to 1 hour before the scheduled shipping of the Products purchase by you, subject to the products being Returnable in accordance with applicable Terms and Conditions herein, you may raise a request for cancellations or on call. In case our condition meets to the cancellation, any amounts paid by You against of the Products will be refunded to you in accordance with the Refund Policy.

Return and Refund Policy

We do not allow return exchanges once the order is placed as we check the quality before dispatch. In the rare case you receive a damaged/defective/Wrong product, then only be honored if received within 4-5 hrs. after the delivery has been made along with an image of the Original Product/Item delivered.
Our team will get in touch with you for additional details of the delivered product, if required. The damaged product must be returned to our address to facilitate any exchange or refund or as decided by the management.
If Wewrapsmile agrees to refund the amount paid by you for the purchase of the products, you will be refunded to the original mode of payment.

The amount would be reflected in your account within 7-10 working days as per standard banking timelines. In case you didn’t receive the Refund amount within the above specified time, you can connect with your Banking services provider or with us at
