Do you take same day orders as well?

Yes, we do take same day orders. Please contact us directly for more information. 

Is it possible to modify my order?

Yes, you can modify/amend the order based on the colour modifications only. No item list can be modified.

Can I choose the delivery time?

No, you can not select the delivery time. However, orders received post 7 pm will be delivered the next 4-5 days.

Why are we different from others?

No Gifting option/charges separate. It’s all included with beautiful and trendy packaging, and We are different from others because we offer unique services and products that are tailored to meet the specific needs of our customers. We also strive to provide excellent customer service and a personalized experience for each customer. Additionally, we are committed to providing quality products and services at competitive prices.

Can I get my order delivered at midnight?

As of now, no such functionality.

Are there any hidden charges?

No, there are no hidden charges. All fees and charges are clearly stated on our website.

What payment methods can be used?

You can pay via Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, Wallets.

Do you provide a Cash on Delivery (COD) option?

We provide Cash On Delivery for all purchases, but may request a booking amount if address details are incomplete.

When and how can I cancel my order?

What is the Wishlist and how does it work?

We know it takes time to choose the perfect gift for your special ones. You can use the Wishlist to add gifts or items and take time to consider what your loved ones would love the best. You may also choose to add out-of-stock products to your Wishlist, as this will make us notify the urgency of need and we will let you know when that perfect gift is ready for you to order!

When will the Refund amount get credited to the original mode of payment?

You may request a refund against the return of damaged or partially incomplete orders by writing to us on contact@wewrapsmile.in. We will contact you and let you know if your request can be accepted or not. Once the refund request has been processed and accepted, you will receive the amount (only for your product) within 7 working days. Please note that any other type of charges will not be refunded in any case.

Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?

No, but you can raise an enquiry if the items need to be delivered on the same day. We’ll do our best to ensure the delivery brings a smile to your face.

What are the delivery charges?

Enjoy free shipping in Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon, while other cities may have minimal charges according to the state

Can I collect the Gifts myself?

In case you wish to pick up the gifts yourself, you may call us at +91-8368352547 while placing your order and we will let you know the location for you to visit and collect the gifts in-person.

Is it possible to return a product bought from WeWrapSmile?

No return/replacement request applicable in case you do not like the product, color of product.

What are the replacement policy ?

We offer a hassle-free 7-day replacement policy. If you found the product is in a damaged or dented position, you can initiate a replacement request within 7 days of receiving the product from our logistics partner.

To process your replacement smoothly, we kindly ask you to provide the following:

1. High-resolution and well-lit images clearly showing any damage to the product, including both the entire product and the specific damaged area.
2. An opening video of the product, upon arrival.
